These sessions see the menstrual cycle as a revolutionary force, rooted in the knowledge that the wisdom of the womb is going to bring us all home, back to our truth. A truth that will lead us towards a place of liberation. You will receive a grounding into menstruality, and soak up the deeply therapeutic holding that this work can offer. Sessions are trauma-informed, guiding you to gently face any physical or emotional pain that is held within your womb or cycle, supporting you to hold and tend to what is there. Although we will absolutely focus on this, please know these sessions are so much more than learning about and healing your menstrual cycle. These sessions are a blend of the MCA teachings of Red School with my personal teachings of Embodied Activism, bringing a unique radical flavour to MCA. Sessions will support you harness the power held within your womb as a deep source of liberation for yourself, your community and the earth as a whole. This is an initiation into stepping away from the colonial structures and systems, and instead allowing the magic held within your body and cycle to be your guiding force. Empowering you to take radical responsibility for your life and leading you towards your deepest power and medicine that is so needed right now for the collective. These sessions are grounded in the knowledge that a woman's or bleeding person's body is not inherently full of pain. The pain held within the womb, although common, is not normal. The symptoms we experience are physical and emotional manifestations of harm that the current system causes. Our bodies are calling out to us to be listened to, communicating to us in a deeply embodied way.
