Welcome loves,
This circle will be held at Pennans Round House close to Newquay, a warm cosy little nook made of straw and clay that has been hand built with a lot of love, where we will gather around the indoor fire. This is a small space so spaces are limited to 10, which keeps the circle intimate.
What to expect?
These circles are first and foremost a safe space for you to come and rest and receive as well as share and create. Whether you want to come and just be quiet and still or dance and share your whole heart; all is welcome. We will explore various themes and archetypes through guided meditations, somatic movement, sound therapy, nature connection, earth-based crafts, ancient stories and myth, as well as singing, dancing, laughing and crying; all is welcome.
